THose wires are still there and cop can still put some volts by squizing trigger again... They stop to electrocut when you are cuffed or droped gun or whatever you were holding and they can make you normal biting.... Thing that patient recovers right after impulses stops its good and taser says its one of the best futures of gun, there is no complications inflicted by shock or whatever...
