m4 question

In the Devgru gallery there are images of the m4 with a shorter barrel, is this only used by certain groups, or is it requested or possibly weapon of choice for these lads, is this what they call the cqb m4 variant?, if so can anybody come up with a few links or pictures of this weapon other than from this site of course.

The SPR grip, Dieter verticle foregrip and Vltor stock arent normally seen on the CQB variant as issued.
