IT IS a Panther tanker turret, except it's mounted on a concrete bunker and used as a defensive turret near the very end of WWII.

Interesting find, bet it was one of those amateur 'metal detector' guys and he thought it was a real bitch when he realised it wasnt something he could stick in his pocket and take home :D

Yes its Poland near Szczecin they foung it when they repaired railway tracks there.
This turret was used to defend this railway tracks. She is almoust complete litlebit rusty and with gun bended but they will repair this and it will be showed off on one of polish museums. Its quite old dig out 2001 or something
