What for is that rotary thingy with digits around the "ciferblat"? Is this is used for navigation? for time mesuring(egg watch)?, how to call this ringy thingy in english or polish? Russian is also aceptable.

It's called a Bezel, and it's used to time things, dive time, running, eggs, etc... They actually work surprisingly well. When I'm not wearing my Casio, I use mine to time my runs and bicycle rides. :) G

And why do all watches in magazine ads shot with the time 10:10? hmmmmm. ;)

Wait, I've got it. Because the hands won't interfere with the logos or date windows. Is that it?

Bingo. Its a creative standard and the hands on timepieces are set so the company logo on the face wouldnt be blocked by the hands. To be exact, its set at 10:09 30 secs.
