I assume you Google-translated this body of text?

I stand correctable, but here's my attempt at it:
1st Sept, Nanjing Military Zone's unspecified army group conducted a network-centric exercise involving the Red and Blue teams. On the seas, both sides conducted combined attack and defense operations against each other, as well as damage control and evacuation of the wounded, as well as a combined amphibious assault and combined repulsion of the assault force; at sea, integrated maritime security, amongst other topics, were tested, improving the fighting capability of the surface forces. Good news. :)

Our VABs were getting a bit old. Even if, it hink, VBCIs are not supposed to entirely replace the VABs.

From what I understand, VCBI will replace AMX-10P. No more tracked PCs for the French Army. VAB will continue in service in non mech infantry units.
