I was there at hammelburg during the Seminar. Great Event, very good preparation, interesting industry show with vehicles, guns and all kind of tech. gadgets. The Bundeswehr used the event to officially introduce their "Soldier of the Future" System (IDZ), of which 150 Sets will now go immediatedly to german troops in Afghanistan.

Also very interesting, the performance of the school's instructional battalion re "three block war". The deutschesheer site also has that video.

Did you guys notice the ****ty zeiss RSA on the G36K?
Why would an army choose a reddot sight where the red dot can be seen from the other side?? :(
Suppose it's only pro is that it got a better FOV than the awful reddot on the HKV
