The Differences between the A1 and A2 are clearly to see. But what is the difference between the A3 and A4 Version, for Example?

Like the M4A1 the M16A4’s carrying handle is removable to expose the MilStd 1913 accessory mounting rail and the modified hand guards incorporate the RAS, which like the M4A1 will allow Marines to easily mount various accessories on the M16A4 such as optical sights, M203 grenade launcher, high intensity flashlights and infrared lasers.

The Differences between the A1 and A2 are clearly to see. But what is the difference between the A3 and A4 Version, for Example?
