1911, I actually did try and find the vest, thought it might be an Eagle Industries vest from their LE lines, but no, its not.

I tend to agree. The blonde narcotics officer especially; every episode she talks tough about how she's a fighter and how fast she is, but she never actually seems to do anything; its always her male colleagues who are on the ground wrestling with the retards.
