Does anyone if such thing exist? And if so which models can it be used for?

Since .357 Sig became available, .38 Super has fallen out of favor. When you can get a .357 Sig Glock off the shelf, what is the point of switching to .38 Super?

38 super is big in some countries where it is illegal to have military calibers. Odds are that 38 super is way eaiser to get verus 357 sig.

.38 Super could possibly fit in a Glock 17-sized frame, but you'd have to switch to a metal magazine to use full-length cartridges. My evidence is that Tanfoglio magazines for the .45 ACP fit nicely into G17 mag pouches. I just can't remember if the same magazine fit inside the Glock's magwell. The plastic body of the Glock's magazines adds a bit of bulk over a plain metal magazine.
At one time back in the '70s, some pistolsmiths would rechamber 9x19mm pistols like the S&W Model 39 to .38 Super. In order to fit the standard 9x19mm magazines, they were using .38 Super ammo loaded with short nosed projectiles, particularly those intended for use with the .380 ACP. At the time, ultra-light projectiles at high velocity were the hot ticket in certain circles.

FWIW: Atlanta Arms now offers the ".355 Super", which is a hot loaded 9x19mm that can make IPSC Major Power Factor. Before Major 9x19mm was legal in USPSA Open Division, some folks would do the same thing by handloading 9x21mm IMI cases. This was legal in competition as there were no SAAMI pressure specs for 9x21mm IMI unlike 9x19mm.
S&W and Federal Cartridge played with a similar concept back in the early/mid '90s with the .356 TSW. However, they didn't market this outside of competitive circles, and most of their motivation ran out when Team Smith & Wesson was sacked. The .356 TSW could have been far more successful than the .357 SIG given the significant magazine capacity advantage in many platforms.

Not answering the question itself, I know, but would a Glock 22 be an option? Common & all round good round, most often not limited by military ammunition regulations.
