I believe the Cobra/Kobra is popular among Russians.

FWIW: The Singlepoint sight was the first commerically produced red dot reflex sight, circa 1968. Reportedly, it was even used during the Son Tay raid.
In addition, Frankford Arsenal had been playing with reflex sights as early as 1967.

In western europe, the Aimpoint reflex sights have the favor of most the armies & Law enforcement services.
I've got a question for the specialists in that matter!!
Is there a big difference between the Mepro 21 Reflex II

And the Trijicon Reflex

I've already shot a HKmp5 with Mepro 21 but never shot a gun with trijicon Reflex

"We are going to rescue 70 American prisoners of war, maybe more, from a camp called Son Tay. This is something American prisoners have a right to expect from their fellow soldiers. The target is 23 miles west of Hanoi." - Colonel Arthur "Bull" Simons

if you think iron sights on a rifle are useless at night, try using a trijicon reflex under that yellowish artificial light used in many urban environment, the amber reticle gets washed out completely.

Trijicon Reflex II is awesome! My neighbor has one on his car15 and it's really nice. I'm gonna have to get one for myself.
