The Specter DR is part of the SOPMOD BLOCK 2 kit issued to all SOCOM units and is in T&E with the US Army. In regards to replacing the ACOG's, I don’t think SOCOM will completely "replace" them.

No its a Hind. Mi-17s are muchlarger cargo helos. I haven't heard of an Mi-35 but the Hind designation carries over from the Mi-24, the looks of which seem near identical so I'm sure its just a more advanced model.
