Anime: I have the whole series of Neon Genesis Evangelion (including The End of Evangelion and Death & Rebirth), and I watch Adult Swim every other day.

Other than that, I watch Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (or The Next Generation, whichever is on) and the X-Files almost everyday.
