I think this smock is manufactured by Sabre. But I did not found same on their website.

It´s the gear of the "Fernspäher" (long range recon).

the lower pouches seem similar but the top ones have no clips also if you see below the camelack straps there is black platic material which is not on the arktis model

I hate to break it to you, but afaik it's not NFM. If it is NFM, then it's an early, early prototype of BEAR, which is an Arktis copy.

Looking at the Jacket it does seem to be some modification of the Arktis Sniper Smock.

Nothing on their website, so no. But why buy from NFM? I mean even for Norwegians it's expensive.. For BEAR (M16 config), you'd have to shell out $560. You could almost buy a car for that price.
