They must be stopped before they bankrupt the province. Public transit ticket takers are earning $100k a year while the province faces a $25 billion debt. And the premiere, who looks unnervingly like Norman Bates is too terrified to cut any services.

They ran that debt mostly due to the recession. Ontario's economy is based heavily on service and the manufacturing sector which were to industries heavily effected. Also paying someone 100k a year is not that much because there only taking home around 60%.

You eat a poutine with a fork if you are provided with one. If however the dumb teenage girl at DQ decides to forget to give you one you eat with your hands. After washing your hands of course because right now in Canada 60% of us or more have the flu.

Ha no there delicious so is the ones from A&W and even new york fries. In the end I would rather make it myself however working 12 hour shifts a day 6 days a week for 3 weeks doesn't give you much time to prepare meals.

According to an actual article around 277 employees of the TTC are making 100k+. Most likely due to overtime.
“Our members that have reached the $100,000 plateau, that’s because they’ve put in a huge number of hours over the year,” said Mr. Kinnear. “We do have operators that work continuously: 50 and 55 and 60 hours a week, each and every week.” Of the 277 people on the list, only 17 are operators.

Any government job in Canada pays
$46,000 a year starting
$64,000 after six months(probation)
$77,000 after three years
$90,000+ supervisory role(IE Police chief)
Nurse's, teachers, RCMP, Military officers, government workers, all make that much and are not based on hourly wage so i find it wierd that ticket takers are makign so much money.
