An Iraqi group tells Al-Jazeera TV that it has killed one of two Bulgarian hostages being held in Iraq, the Arabic network reports.

when will this ever stop....it seems like where ever these contractors go we need to send a platoon of soldiers with them.... and with the phillipines pulling out their troops i think is sending the wrong signals to the terrorists..those murdering basterds need to die... theres no other civilized way to deal with them.
