MARPAT?

can some1 fully explain to me what it means? I know it's a type of camo for the Marines? I juss need a full explanation on it :)

Digitally printed,looks like pixelated chunks of browns and tans (desrt),there's a few pics on the site I believe.Looks like German flectarn (I ain't German,so I don't have to spell it right).

actually i think it looks like the canadian cadpat. same thing almost jsut with more brown colors. i forgot what the hell it means

MARPAT: Marine Pattern
CADPAT: Canadian Disruptive Pattern

And A. Enders was almost right: it's spelled Flecktarn. :)

I don't see how it looks much like Flecktarn. Flecktarn is a six color pattern using small circles of the various colors through out it. However, the MARPAT is pixelated and has rough edges in it's shape. I have a set of Flecktarn BDU's myself.
