Does anyone who grew up in the eighties remember a crappy cartoon called "Rude dog and the dweebs"?

I distinctly remember seeing it as a kid but none of my friends remember it, I've found a small sites that mention it but nothing to jog their memories.

Was that the one where that character was so ugly he walked around with a dog house on his head? He'd fight crime by taking the doghouse off his head and scaring the sh*t out of the bad guys.

Gaz I remember that crappy toon. It was also a clothing line too. I had a rude dog t-shirt. He was a rip-off of the Spudz Mackenzie fame.

I totally remember Rude Dog! Rude Dog shirts were very popular at my elementary school with the boy set.
