I say it's a Steyr Classic hunting rifle. Like this: http://www.steyr-mannlicher.com/jagdwaffen/classic/

I thought it was a Mannlicher as well, but the bolt handle is rounded not spooned. Possible it was changed, but never seen it rounded.

Na. This is a commercial 98. Fully stocked 98ers are not uncommon.
Why is this not a Mannlicher ?
-Magazine plate.
-No butterknife bolthandle.
Cheers,
IJ.

Here in the states, a full length stock is referred to as a Mannlicher style.

A possibility: Husqvarna 1600H

Something like this. Dime a dozen on the market here.
http://www.frankonia.de/shop/Repetier-Stutzen_70/_/bid/231929/cpage/0/tf/landscape/brandid/435/productdetail.html
This particular one is built on a Serbian action, there are many others, like this:

Note the floorplate...
Something fancy:

Stutzen with a Mauser 98 system, definitely not a Steyr-Mannlicher Luxus.
