No such aircraft, to my knowledge. F-14, F,15, F-16 w/canards yes. FA-18 no. The conformal strake is a "canard" I guess - in production.
Boeing are trying to find a market for a stealth Eagle, but it's only concept so far.

The similarity being that they both are twin engine jets with twin tail fins? Every aeroplane outside of the US is only a modification of an amerian design, right?
You're looking at a tailless compound delta wing! Not even the air intakes are similarly situated, they are below the wing on the Hornet, on this they are above/in front of the wing
If anything it is remarkably similar to the SAAB Gripen, even more obvious on the predating BAE P.106B concept. http://www.vectorsite.net/aveuro.html
