Is it ACTUALLY stronger modern Italian or Greek Army?

I' d like you to answer to this question cause am very curious...But please I' d like to have serious answers which are not based on stereotypes about Italian people. Consider moreover that I' m talking about NOW and not about WW2 so please don' t remind me what happened 70 years ago!!:|
