I know Tea is a drink that is enjoyed the world over. I know each region of the world has a different ways they prepare tea. So I'm curious, since we have a pretty vast array of people from different countries. How do you like your tea?

Me? I am from Michigan but was raised in the south. So it has to be Ice cold sweet tea. Or as my relatives call it "sweet teahhhhh". As a matter of fact I'm drinking a tall glass full now. ;)

I also like Turkey Hill Raspberry, lemon, and peach teas.
http://www.turkeyhill.com/images/raspberry-tea.jpg

I also love the Arizona Asian Plum tea made with plum juice and orange blossom honey.

I love hot tea.... lots of different flavors. My favorites:

Mandarin Orange with just a pinch of sugar to bring out the flavor.
Irish Breakfast or Darjeeling with hot milk and honey. Yum.

And iced tea, of course... because I'm a southern girl.

Ah right, tea.
Yeah, bush tea is good. Get umm.. hot water and eucalyptus leaves, chuck em in the hot water, boil away for awhile and strain the liquid.
Gets rid of colds too ;)

Oh yeah, you can drink it any temperature, so its good for cold nights out in the bush, or hot days out in the bush haha.

I don't think so... Constant Comment is an orange spice blend, but it doesn't have sugar... he might be talking about a bottled tea (I think I know way too damn much about tea... another nerdy thing).

No, it wasn't Constant Comment, but trust me, I tried Constant Comment enough in an attempt to recreate the vibrating. It was some other stuff...came in a big can (oddly enough). Some English stuff I think.

fintin, are you . . . . whatever.

There is only one way to drink tea. In a glass with ice and lemon. Sugar if needed is acceptable but anything else is . . . well ask fintin. ;)

Just kidding, I do like iced tea, though. Hard not to if you live in the South.

Brisk Iced Tea.

On a cold day, i like my english breakfast or earl grey (from 3-crown). On occasion, I like "Golden India" especially if it's not sold in tea bags.

The usual routine is two sugars, sometimes I switch to honey. Most of the time I drink mine with a lemon, but at times I'm not in the mood...

Anyway back to iced tea, I only like the powder or sweetened iced teas. I can't stand home made iced teas that are brewed then chilled, they just don't taste good.

It's okay to heat the water in a microwave, cause hot water is hot water (and cause I'm poor and haven't bought myself a kettle yet), but then you still have to steep it. I'm not a total barbarian.

I'm sorry I have to disagree. I'm living in the states at the moment, MS, and I have yet to find a teabag that compares with the teabags in Britain (even though they may be made by the same company). So, in order for me to have a decent cup of tea I've got to use at least 2, sometimes 3 teabags / cup.

Saying that the Arizona stuff is pretty tasty and I have the odd cuppa iced tea, they do that pretty well in the South.

I'm living in the states at the moment, MS, and I have yet to find a teabag that compares with the teabags in Britain (even though they may be made by the same company). So, in order for me to have a decent cup of tea I've got to use at least 2, sometimes 3 teabags / cup.

Have to agree with you there. This "Irish Breakfast tea" the Yanks have invented is about as close as it gets, but like you said you have to use about three bags. Thank god there is a little Indian grocery down the road from me that sells PG Tips.
