Command, Control, Intelligence and Surveilance (fuk the spelling ;) )
I've found 4 pics about Topaz FCS
It's universal C4I (comand, control, computers, communications, intelligence) system for artillery battalion, with minor software changes it can be used in 98 and 120mm mortar, 105/122mm and 155/152mm howitzer units. It's operational since 2002.

Which US/ Taiwan company has built this memory chip company? I guess, it's not a Polish company, but a foreign with cheap polish workers.
