Sayeret had sent me a number of private messages before, along with ones from other people including at least one mod asking me to ban Ariweiner. They pointed to lots of posts and instances where they felt he violated the forum rules and where he was being racist or inflammatory as a general method instead of a exception.

I read through 9-10 pages of the 17 page post that Sayeret posted, and probably up to page 8, I was feeling like the case to ban Ariweiner wasn't particularly solid. Sure he disagreed with various opinions, and made people angry, but I didn't see that as bannable. If we ban everyone who disagrees, what does that make us?

My mind quickly changed in one of his later replies however, because it suddenly offered insight into all of his arguments and his general way of thinking. A constant retort of his, is that he doesn't condone terrorism, and that he's always against terrorist, just that he's with the freedom fighter's resistance of occupation. Noble, right? The problem is summed up in the following 2 lines:

I am saying that terrorists do not deliberately target children.

Show me where I have supported terrorists! I have always condemned terrorism.

The fact is, terrorists target children. They target civilians of all kinds and if children are among them, all the better. Let the parents of those children feel even more sadness and terror because that, is the point. To instill terror in their victims.

Coming back to Ariweiner, the method that he uses is that he says he's against terrorism, but on the opposite end, he ensures that no one is labeled a terrorist. By reading his posts, you get the impression that there are really only about 3 or 4 terrorists in the Middle East, and at least 3 of them are named Bob. The fact is Ariweiner, whether you choose to accept it or not, you're in denial of the methods that your beloved freedom fighters use. They target children, they target women and innocent bystanders, along with valid military targets. Their shining quality is that they don't discriminate against any group, because they're equal opportunity death bringers. I respect that you want to be with them and like others on here sarcastically have said, we encourage you to join up as soon as you can. That said, I don't want to delay that enlistment with you taking up your valuable time posting on this board anymore.

I've banned your account to rocket you on your way to success and remove this board as the hinderance to your noble cause. Make sure you send back pictures from the front lines, we're always looking for more submissions.

P.S. Unlike how we feel about your time/posts with us, feel free to stay in denial about this.

Great job, Hood.

I understand that it was a difficult decision, as ariweiner wasn't the typical candidate for banning. His inability to understand terrorism and his advocation for "freedom fighting" which "doesn't include children" are ignorant and offensive to the members of this forum. His method of advocation is different than that of the advocates of the past who posted graphic pictures of dead civilians and US soldiers, but his objective is the same.

Great job on your wise decision, and thanks for the explanation.

I wasn't herefor a few days, what did he do now?

The same stuff he was doing before posting threads meant to start flame wars, supporting terrorists, claiming that he wanted to join the Chechens and fight the Russians, and deny terrorist attacks.
