All i can say is........Yes
Dont know how long it will take but yes.
I think the biggest effects of OBL or UBL (whatever you wan't to call him) is a morale boost for US troops and the American people, and more voters for Bush. Other than that, the capture won't topple Al queda or terrorism in general.

I honestly think he'll die first, whether it will be from his medical problem (failing kidneys right?), soldiers, or an airstrike.
But i still recognize there is a chance of him being caught

It will most likely take a while. With the focus on Iraq, it will be a while before we can start concentrating on the real war on terror.
OTOH, I don't think I'm cynical enough to think that he'll pop up right before the elections. But thats always a possibilty.
