Stag Arms Gas Piston AR

Friend of me just ordered a Stag Arms Gas Piston rifle. It's very reasonably priced compared to other gas piston rifles. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with their Gas Piston rifle or with Stag Arms in general.

PM SMGLee on here, check out AR15.com and M4carbine.net From what he has stated before, unless you're going with a short-barrel or suppressed, there's really no need for a gas-piston mechanism. Direct inpingement should be ok for his use. But to each his own, its his money and gun. Good luck.

I got a Stag Arms Model 2T in January and I love it. Shot little over 500 rounds through it so far with not the best quality ammo and its doing just fine.

+1 on contacting SMG Lee. He has a great wealth of knowledge on the products out there, where a lot of it is gained from hands-on use and evaluation.
