When I was active USAF I remember one petite little 1st LT who took a week off and came back as a 36D. It was like staring into the sun.

It is true: personnel in all four branches of the military and members of their immediate families can get face-lifts, nose jobs, breast enlargements, liposuction, or any other kind of elective cosmetic alteration, at taxpayer expense.

I'm not buying this BS. If it was true then most guys would know about this. Reconstructive or corrective CS sure, I've heard about this, but plain old CS nahhh. I've gotta throw the BS flag.

The New Yorker and the New York Times have been known to write articles with little or no bearing on truth or reality. When they are called to the carpet for getting something wrong they run a correction several days later. If no one calls them on it, oh well - must have been true.

I have a hard time believing CS has blanket approval when RK eye surgery (& similar operations) are still not approved for most folks.
It was a while go that I read somewhere that SF during the Vietnam War would get surgery to look more Vietnamese. Is this true? If so, does anyone have any article or can elaborate more about this?

You guys laugh at this but it is true. How the hell do you think all the surgeons stay ahead of the game during peacetime? They need to be up to date with the latest methods and technology and when we are not at war they cant do that because thier patients are all WIA's. This way they know what to do and what to expect.

I was curious even though this is not cosmetic surgery; Is the Army paying for some infantrymen to get laser eye surgery? I've read several articles, but seen no clear cut answers. Even if they won't pay for it, will they allow for you to have it done?

I'm not totally up to date but as of a year ago PRK was being done but not LASIK. I'll try to find out more definitive info later.

Not doubting that Pal.............but her bazookas are bigger than last season (new season just started here in UK, and were it not for Ms Bell, it wouldn't be worth watching - gone to the dogs).

Earlier this year it was reported that the Italian army was concerned that the breasts of women recruits were too large, and they were hampering their ability to complete obstacle courses.
