I think the group who took the 6 recent hostages is called "the black hand" or something, no idea on their background.

They're there because the U.S is there.
edit: They're calling themselves "Black Flags"

Yes. Drivers are from Kenya, India and Egypt.
The terrorists told that armies of these countries must leave Iraq.
I didn`t know that Kenya has army in Iraq.

Kenya does and France doesn't?
Oh well, let's not get into this. Forget I said that.

This is just going to keep escalating and more kidnappings will occur.
Like I said before, thank the Phillipenes and Spain for setting a precedent that will be utilized like never before.
Its sad that this is the new primary tactic for terrorists....

If i recall correcly, they said that the companies they work for must withdraw their personnel, not their countries.

Mm, righto, they want Kenya to withdraw it's truckers. We all know truckers terrorize the countryside, pillaging villages and slaying innocent children.

I'll try to spell it out for you...they're targeting civilian employees to try and get the Kuwait company , who employs the hostages, to stop doing business in Iraq . As well, they want the respective countries of each hostage to remove any other civilians that are working in Iraq.
Did you even read the article you posted?
None of the countries are part of the 160,000-member coalition force in Iraq. (from the article ;) )

Wait, did you really think I was serious about the truckers terrorizing villages?
Calm down man. It's the internet. No need to pop a vein in your butt.

…and you proved me wrong. What's the deal, bub?
They'll probably release the Egyptian, seeing as how they're not THAT stupid to butcher a Muslim and have Al-Jazeera try to dodge telling the world. Hope the other guys make it home safe. They should have some sort of Beat-People-Up-While-You're-Blindfolded-and-Have-Guns-Pointed-at-You fighting style training for these folks and soldiers.

Maybe you would have liked to be in their place? I think not.
Also this is nothing new..it will be biz as always, esp' if people continue to have such little protection.
Cheers!
