Looks Aussie
I would say that this camo is the Austrian "Fleckerlteppich".

Austrian. Sometimes referred to as the "Pea pattern."

same website, but the USA 1966 marking makes me think of the Marine Corps Camoflague Pattern used in the Pacific in WW2.
If I am correct this camo was used in the early stages of the Vietnam War.

No, not at all. You are thinking of the "duck hunter" pattern used in those TO you mentioned, but the size of the blotches, colours and general outline are different, and this is definitely the old Austrian pattern, heavily influenced by the SS dot pea pattern of WWII. It has been used, I give you that, as an OPFOR in the past, so maybe you have seen it here and there.

may want to hold onto that, its the last Austrian camouflage to be used since the 70's, they only use solid color uniforms now.

Pray tell me what we have to do with the Austrian pea-pattern?

You will have to excuse MattG. It was a poor attempt at a politically incorrect joke. Let's move on.
