Anyway, I'm interested in knowing where these guys are from. It came up after a search for AFOSI, but these two came up and was listed as, "Tactical Medical Training '09"

That is a FBI Tactical Medical Training Course at Pitt Community College in Greenville, NC. It is put on by FBI and Pitt County Sheriff's Office SWAT instructors. So it could be any local, state, or whatever agency that sent an officer.

As far as the FN, it could be a personal weapon.
