You can see him here with a couple of good old friends.:)

116615

He has a gallantry medal for a known hostage rescue op when a Swiss family was kidnapped by a gunman and held them on a yacht ( the first maritime HR in Greece). One other teammate was seriously injured during the op.

With his teammates he has arrested numerous drug dealers trying to pass heroin to Europe.

With teammates he had saved many helpless illegal emigrants from drowning in the Aegean.

He is suspended now because of a parade song. Political correctness i guess.

For the history: He was in the personal security detail for Powell and Bush when they came incognito in Greece.

So you think it puts forth a Professional Image to shout that you will wear the skins of people your nation is not at war with?

They are Skopians, they are Albanians, we will make new clothes out of their skins”, Greek daily newspaper Eleftherotypia reports. “We will slaughter them until they worship the cross”

Interesting, and people say we are Crusaders?

He may be brave as hell, but this was poor judgement

He isn't a politician, so I don't see the issue. If it's blind nationalism that helps him get through the day and get his work done, then what is the problem? Since when does the Army have to be all PC? When you go to war, you want your troops to be ****ing pissed off at the enemy. You need such troops, you just don't want them on display, that's all. They should fire the guy that let him parade instead.

I am kind of going with what Thug said.

Another thread that leads to flames. Sooner or later, most people will realize the earth is just too small and there has already been enough good people who have died for the failure of politicians to improve relationships with neighbors.
