10/10!! On that last question I had to think a bit. I wasn't sure if it was either

-Freedom of speech, freedom of the press, all persons subject to the equal protection of the laws.

or

-Freedom of speech, right to a jury trial by one's peers, the government may not search or take a person's property without a warrant.

but I guessed and got it right. :P

Has anyone ever taken the test that blacks had to take way back when to be elligable to vote?
Well it was insanly hard. Stupid crap like:
What is the name of lincolns second sister once removed but only by birth dogs name?

I said ruffus..

But anyway..you had to get them all right to vite...impossible if you ask me.

It's funny that so many non-US citizens on this board score 8/10 - 10/10, but if you gave Americans any European, Middle Eastern, Asian, etc. country's versions, we'd probably all fail badly.
