Brit Leightweight combat body armor MK1

I found this laying around at some kinda dump store

British Combat Body Armour Lightweight Mark 1It has the filler in it.

Does anyone know what kinda protection it offers?
Just fragmentation or can it stop actualy some 9mm and so on?

its a fragmentation vest might stop 9mm but if your going to risk your neck with s/h body armour your none too bright
the plates are quite small the joke was "well we are working to improve the militants marksman ship :)"

I just found it and thought, hey; funny stuff.....
I wont be using it in battle or any real deal stuff....;)
In my real vest...10x12" plates...
But the brits wearent to smart by putting in so damn small plates......
