I don't think it was ever adopted by any Spec. Ops units....Its a pretty big gun to carry along as a side-arm.

You'd pry have better luck with it's smaller brother- the USP series.

Is the Glock 17 or 18 used by Special Operation Soldiers? These are good pistols although the full-auto mode of the `18 is unnecessary...

I've heard that some SF Groups are testing/possibly using Glocks, but I would have no idea personaly.

I believe the MK23 was adopted in small numbers for trialing with SOCOM, but never really made it because of its size and weight (though its accuracy as a military pistol is unparalleled.

As far as I know, some operators that liked the MK23 but didn't like its size opted for the USP Tactical, which has a threaded barrel like the '23. As for pictures, you'd probably have more luck with USP's, Glocks, SIGs, and 1911's.

uh, forget it. All of this stuff I've already seen and heard about months ago. I thought that maybe someone had pics of it being used in Afgahnistan, Iraq, or some s**thole that we've never heard of before.
