I'm looking to buy a flightsuit online and need some sizing help. I'm 6'1 220 and have about a 38" waist. What would be the correct size for me?

They offer sizes S(34-36"), M(38-40"), L(42-44"), XL(46-48"), XXL (50-52")

Where are you getting them from? I would suggest to buy your nomex flight suit from a place like Diamondback Tactical, last time I checked they took orders with full measurments. But I don't think the ones they stock are actual flight suits, but nomex tacitcal one piece OD suits. The only difference I think is the loss of the little thing for your pens on your shoulder.

I'm 5'11" and about 170 and have 40 Longs. You're probably going to want to get a Long and maybe a size or two larger and that should be fine, but you never know 100% with that kind of stuff before you try it on.

AFACadet, what brand are Air Force flightsuits? Maybe the manufacturer has a site...

I've ordered from flightsuits.com several times. They have a quality product that you won't get from a surplus dealer. Not to mention that you can customize your flight suit a bit.

webfoots, The tag on mine says DJ Manufacturing Corp.

I checked out flightsuit.com. Its clearly not mil issue flightsuits, but if you don't care about having the exact military issue flightsuit, you should be fine going there.

I know several military pilots who have ordered from flightsuits.com. You can't tell the difference.
