This year in Warsaw we have uprising anniversary (60) and there will be big opening of the uprising museum.

Shame that page isn't fully ready yet... If anyone has any videos from Uprising, I saw some flashes in our tv, they were very intense, but like always noone is going to show them in full lenght...

Some videos from the Uprising are included in a documentary made by CNN. This program was aired at the begining of June (D-Day anniversary) as part of "CNN Presents" series and will be shown again 1 August at 20pm (ET). It is possible to buy VHS casetes containing newsreels from the Uprising (made by AK reporters) in "Empik" stores (at least in Warsaw). Regards

here in Illinois there will be large reenactment of uprising created by polish reenactment groups in US. Hopefully I will go to see it, I will let you know when and where it will be (Probably begining of september in Libertyville) My friend`s friend saw it last yyar and told me that it was outstandng with street fighting explosions etc... (I only hope that I am right with date and it is not in next week since I'm going (riding on bike) to Phoenix (Hi PERMSKI ;) ) this friday...
