After consulting my brother (old brothers knows better) it can be an ASTRA or STAR copy of sig or a norinco copy.

Looks alot like a Smith and Wesson 952, but with squared trigger guard. I suspect a toy also.

I'm also of the opinion that it's a toy, with design influences by SIG/Sauer and Smith & Wesson.

the buisness end looks cz-75ish maybe tanfoglioish, but the rear end hammer and grip are not consitent, and with all the other toys on the table.. Toy!

Well that is a suspicious collection of stuff, looks like what you would find on a dead guy

They are items confiscated from a criminal, but this photo is a newspaper photo. You can see the watermark on the right.

I suspect that is airsoft, as that charger is either for airsoft batteries or remote control cars, and I don't see any cars in that photo...

It looks like a bastardised CZ-75.

I don't think airsoft so much as a cigarette lighter or cap-gun. The wear on the finish looks like paint over die-cast metal.
