Ok, The lottery is legal in South Carolina, But in North Carolina, were I live, It's aganist the law. If a North Carolina cops founds a South Carolina Lottery ticket, you have to pay a fine.

Holy crap alot of yous on the site live in NC? I'm in Meck county near the Ballyntine area. .... About the lottery, we go to SC to get Powerball tickets.

Anybody ever have any luck with it? I buy one for the heck of it when I stop to get gas and such. I keep track of my losses and gains because I'm anal like that. I'm about 35 bucks in the hole. My friend seems to win everytime he buys one.

my paps and step mom go down to SC also to buy the powerball tickets every now and then also. but i think its still pretty ****ing stupid to where you have to pay a fine. i mean c'mon, what happens if you win it? they take a percentage of your money or some BS like that?
