Long story short:
The forend of my old Topper 12 gauge has become lose from usage. The newer models have their forends held in by a screw, for this model you just give it a yank and it pops off for dissassembly. The "clip" on the barrel that latches onto the forearm is a bit lose so whenever I fire it it'll just pop off in your hands or on the floor. Thinkin of just wrapping/soldering some gauge wire around the forend and barrel to give it much added strength, although I will not be able to break it down anymore since it will be permanently fixed (no big deal). Any tips on doing this (type of wire, solder, etc.).
