Hi guys any of u have the navy seal workout pdf file.My harddisk crashed and i lost it.Kaaza dosent seem to be working.Need help.

Try downloading MORPHEOUS and searching for it, I saw it, any many other military, spc ops documents on there....I didn't D/L it or I would send it to you but i sure that you will be able to D/L it if you search for it...If you don't have morpheous, go to www.download.com, search for Morpheous in the downloads section and you will find the program...

It was taken off seal.navy.mil because kids were hurting themselves by not following the directions correctly, no joke. Lucky for you I have it and I uploaded it.

I've got a question about that phase one running cycle. On the third week, is that when there is a high risk of fractures? Or is there a high risk of fractures throughout the first two weeks, and they want you to stay inactive in order to find and treat any fractures you may have gotten from the first two weeks?
