Did the Japanese adopt CADPAT from the Canadians??

For my opinion it donīt looks like CADPAT or MARPAT... :|

ohh ok that clears it up, it looked like CADPAT/MARPAT in that first pic.

It doesn't have much in common with either MARPAT or CADPAT
they were developed BEFORE these showed up.
It's a Flecktarn family.

The Japanese camo is exetremely effective indeed.

There are two patterns of Japanese camo,

The one you c is the summer version where it's fairly green
and there is winter/late autumn/early spring version
which is very Tan/Yellow.

There are two types, spring and fall. The camo is called the Jietai dot II pattern and, as fokket wrote, is a derivative of the Flecktarn and not of the digital CADPAT/MARPAT type.
