"timmy" monologue

Does anyone have or know where I can get a transcript (or audio) of the "timmy" monologue by Jason Patric in "Your Friends and Neighbors"

I was telling one of my friends about it and it's not worth watching the whole movie, but it's one of the most disturbing soliloquies I've ever seen in a movie.
