Right hand: Camera (if not slung around your neck)
Right pocket: Keys, lighter, wallet (if slim enough, I only carry 2 cards, and some coins normally).
Left pocket: Phone, pen (clip it).
Right back pocket: Cigarettes
Left back pocket: Notepad

If not, get a small backpack...

Wallet goes in your back pocket, keys on a belt loop, phone in pocket. Everything else could go in the cargo pockets.

If not theres plenty of small backpacks or messenger bags that could carry all that stuff and more if it needed to, plus many have places for water bottles
