Are they operational here, or are they a part of this task force 20?, Are there any photos with blanked out faces of course. Secondly does anybody know if there any new books in the pipleline regarding the Afghanistan conflict.
Airsofters please take note and piss off from this site.

I would say yes to both questions. Whether or not you will see any stories from SOF soldiers that were actually involved in the Afghan conflict is another story. Dont most, if not all SF/SOF soldiers have to sign some sort of NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) before they join ? I know SAS/R does.....

Yeah they do but it dosent really mean ****. I asked my S2 once if it was legal and he told me that if you write a book and talk about all the **** you did while in a SMU one of three things could happen. They could smoke your ass and doing so would confirm all the things you said in your book, or they could just do nothing and doing so would make it look like youre full of ****. He also said that the U.S. Govrnment could stop your book from being printed (he told me this has happened). My understanding of this is whoever writes the book takes the draft to the unit they were in and or USASOC and have the S2/J2/G2 proof read it to make sure there is nothing classified in it. I dont know this for a fact this is what my old S2 told me. I'll let you know when I publish my book on "Airsoft Commandos and the women that love them".

Hey, where can I reserve my copy of "Airsoft Commandos and the women who love them"? It sounds like it could be the book that defines our generation. :D G

I thought Col. Kyle in "The Guts To Try" was really respectfull and careful in his depictions of his contemporaries. Just my .02. G
