The last one is very strange. I don't know the stroy behind it, but the actions of the pilot can be considered a war crime.

Oh really? How do you know this? You don't know the story, but you're certain it is a war crime? Doesn't sound very well conceived to me.

^^^^ I'm not certain, I said it "can" be considered a war crime. The pilot fires a missile against a crowd people that didn't seem to be attacking the helicopter. They didn't seem to be attacking anything for that matter.

The story behind this clip (i believe), which has been posted before, is an airstrike against a group of "terrorists/insurgents/whatever you want to lable them" in Fallujah (i believe it's Fallujah).
