please consider the rest of us who do.
Last time when I took a plane from SLC, UT to Orange Country, CA. I had to sit behind an Indian family. Mother of God. It was HORRIBLE. You know during boarding when they don't have the AC turned on and there's zero airflow going on? Yeh. It was bad. Real bad. There was like this festering cloud of stink lingering around where they were sitting. I was directly behind them and it made me gag a few times.

I work with this hippy chick who had the WORST B.O. last summer. I'd come to work and the office I mostly work in would stink soooo bad. :(
Then it got even worst when the smell would linger for hours and I'd have to take the chairs she would sit in outside because they would smell too.
The smell was so bad at times it would make me feel nauseous, no joke.
All I have to say is that I'm glad this summer isn't as hot as last years.
My friend who worked with me at the time asked her how come she doesn't use deodorant, her responce was that she doesn't use it because its not natural.
:|
Oh btw ... she doesn't shave at all its a horrible site when she wears tank tops. :(

Btw, for people here for whome regular stick deodorant dont do **** for (like me) u should try Axer spray, cuz that stuff actually works for 18-20 hours, and DOES NOT have aluminum zirconium which leaves yellow shirts on white undershirts. woot

The worst B.O. I have ever encountered was in France (and no, I'm not just saying this!). It was on the train from Paris to the airport during rush hour. Oh my God, it was 8 years ago, and I can still smell it. Everyone had their arms up, holding on to the bar where they were standing. It was so bad I got light-headed. Did a lot of mouth-breathing on that trip.

In APFT (advanced physical fitness test) I need a partner to hold my feet to do sit-ups. Damn. Some of them guys have smelly crotch, not to mention they like to fart when they are out of wind.

Thanks foir the input Douchebag of the month.
Some ppl have weight problems which they cannot afford to use the natural supplements. They could be so overweight that their life is in danger and they need something ASAP. GNC is a good store. I prefer not to use supplements though. but i know ppl that do and GNC seems to have the things that they require.

Well, that all depends how you look at it. 99.999999% dont come in for Andro, testosterone or Human Growth hormone. Whey protein is natural when you think about it. Hell, CREATINE is a natural. As is nitric oxide.
In fact getting your protein from why protein powder is probably healthier then overeating eggs, because you get a lot of cholesterol from the egg, especially the yolk part. Stuff like that. So it all depends on what NATURAL means to you. Also a lot of these supplement have a very powerful MENTAL (imaginary) stimulant. After you sacrificed 80 bucks for NO2, you know you better go to the gym as often as you CAN, to get yours money worth.

Body armor that is worn every day and never cleaning the carrier gets ripe. Even if you are clean, you can gag yourself with sour vest stink.

I agree with you, and personally I am not into that stuff either.
But is is really difficult to have a good diet. With right amount of everything. Not everyone can get enough sleep etc. If everyone could satisfy the 3 point you made, there would be no GNC
As for fatloss, a lot of GNCs products, are just natural HERB extracts in pill, or capsul form. So its not exactly cheating or anything.

i see that all the time in my BJJ class. guys buy joint sups and **** like that and then all of the suddenthey are there like 3-5 days a week. of course that doesnt last long as the bodies joints can only take so much twisting and bending before they just need to rest and heal.

Hehe, true, bu thte very fact that they spend 3-5 days in Gym is good in an by itself. Sometimes the mental effect is the most significant one, even if not the one that you spent your money on.

Btw, for ppl who want to get big/cut and STAY big/cut should do Calthetics as opposed to heavy weights. All the big, cut proportional guys Ive met do bodyweight and high-reps/low-weight excercises.

Calasthetics.
Doing more reps instead of more weight builds stronger muscles. DOing more weight with less reps buil;ds muscle but it doesnt necessarilly make u that much stronger. you want your muslces to be able to withstand longer amounts of stress, which is why the increased reps exercises work best.
Which GNC are you working at? I know someone that works at one in the city.

However, with bigger weights, once you STOP working out you shrink. Significantly.
I am working in the one on WHite Plains Rd, Bronx, NY.
Its actually considered to be one of the BIGGEST ones, despit the fact, that its about half the size of Rite Aid.

Football camp in the summer...
Locker room...(no air conditioning or windows of any sort)
30-50 teenagers...
3 practices a day...
Pads have never been washed in the school's history...
I washed my jersey every other day, washed my girdle every night, washed the pants every night as well...and I still stunk! Some guys never washed a thing all week! :|
Good times... :D
Edit: I wonder how many people forgot to put on De-O during that week. Eek

After a while, some things just lose all smell, like it takes in all it can, then no more can enter. I've had a Fat Eddy's watchband for 8 years now. Wore it to soccer practive every day, I wore that watch every day of my life for 8 years. Used to stink like nothing else. Now it's completely odorless. Weird.

I don't use deodorant sometimes :), esspecialy I don't go out or I'm going to work physicaly... And have many reason fo that..
-My sweat is rarely unplesant smell for me :), but if I smell or someone i saying me I stink I just take quick shower, esspecialy after activities...
- I hate artificial smells esspecialy mixed with swaet, if you would ride public comunication you would know what I'm talking about... There is no way for antperspirants to stop sweating when bus is full, swaet mixed with lots of perfume kinds makes me want vomit more than just clear sweat. i can easily stand... literealy dirty people is other story.. Also sweating serves purpose inhibitating it is unhealthy...
-Additional gain from not using deos is test made by brits. Who gaved to smell tshirts of random men to girls... girls liked most those natural sweated ones :)

There are a lot of unflavored deodorants. That test is VERY disconnected from reality. I get a LOT more positive responses from girls regartding my smell when i am wearing a decent deodorant or colone, then when I am drowned in sweat after working out. I dont know about you, but my sweat smells bad and concentrated.

I don't mind body odors in general, it ravives my hunter basic instincts :p
And now, SHOCK :
I'm French, I shower twice daily and take a bath once a week, I use deodorant after each shower or bath.
Naturally, there are some periods of intense laziness where I'll just shower once in a couple of days when I'm on holiday :p
Some body odors are quite suave, and don't forget that's partly how our ancestors did find the right person to mate with :p

I dont usually wear deoderant to work, if I do it would be the axe spray and that would probably be totally gone in a couple hours of working in the sun or working in powder.
I do agree though if you are going in public you should probably wear something, nothings worse then being the dude in line behind someone who reaks like shyt.
i dont sweat as much and also its winter over hear atm so no need for what i normally do during the day but i put it on to smell nice. i use to have this teacher back in high school... and in summer his shirts were yellow all the way down... :|

oh, you have these ones too ?
I still have the living memory of a Litterature teacher (that's like 22 years ago), of Italian origins. I February she would have these traces under her hamrs reaching the level of her breasts and in summer, it reached the middle of her hips :p
Quite unsexy sight ...
but Iagree with you ze, I like to use deodorant just to smell nicer more than covering my own body odor, I don't see myself spraying Cologne Water or some perufme all over my body :p
Most deodorants aren't to aggressive to the nose, that's what I like with them.

When i just wear a tshirt, I sweat profusely no matter what. But when I go to work dressed up (undershirt, and a formal shirt) I hardly sweat at all, since the undershirt absorbs all the stuff.

The worst BO I've ever smelled was a guy on my football team. He also had really bad breath. It was funny because everyone on the team told him to brush his teeth, use mouthwash, shower and wear de-orderant but he never did. :(
It was so bad, if you were down wind you could smell him from thirty yards away *barf*

maybe you should consider what shirts you are wearing? I usually wear nike dri-fit t-shirts as they feel comfortable and are not like wearin a shirt at all. You might also want to consider what colors your wearing, black attracts alot more heat and white attracts insects, so take your pick.

Indian People in particular dont necessarily reek only of body odor. Its the food they eat. The strong odor of curry which most indians eat daily is absorbed by their bloodstream and seaps through their pores when they sweat. Unless they covered their entire bodies with Deoderant, the pungent smell most of us smell when around them will not fade. But if they did use a lot of Deoderant it would help a bit.
