To buy the official movie poster for a movie, and frame it.

This is an original movie poster.

I paid around $18.00 for framing a poster and the poster itself was around $5.00 or $6.00 at spencer store in the mall .

Try movie theaters. Most just throw away posters when they're not needed anymore. My buddy got a couple that way (well, he worked there so he knew when they were going to get thrown out.)

Actually try checking your local video rental place as well.
They sometimes have those posters stuck up for new fims that came out. But whether they are still in good shape is another question.

I haven't had anything framed from there but I have had a few posters mounted...kinda pricey but they do a pretty decent job.

I've got these two taking pride of place on my wall interspersed with some more obscure ones -
