2)How do I instal a ris/ras kit?
3)what ris kit will fit?
4)if no ris/ras then what color (OD-TAN-Coyote) stock guard are compatible?
5)how do i clean and what clean kits are recomended for airsoft riffles?

1) How do I remove the barrel?
Take off the handguard then push the retention collar down and twist it until the gaps line up with the inserts on the barrel screw. The retention collar will then pop off. Unscrew the barrel screw you will find underneath that and there you go. The whole barrel outer barrel assembly will come off.
2)How do I instal a ris/ras kit?
There are many available, some that are hard to fit, some that are not. Some will require modification (usually filing etc) and can be a real pain in the arse.
3)what ris kit will fit?
Lots. If you have a CA rifle, I would go for a CA RIS just because it *should* be a straight swap. However, knowing CA quality control this isn't always the case.
4)if no ris/ras then what color (OD-TAN-Coyote) stock guard are compatible?
Stock guard? I take it you mean the stock. The M16 solid stock is a standard piece and all the different manufacturer ones will fit. So, G&P, AE, TM, CA..blah blah blah.
5)how do i clean and what clean kits are recomended for airsoft riffles? [/quote]
Cleaning an AEG is fairly simple, you just need some silicon spray and some strips of cleaning cloth.
An excellent guide can be found at http://www.ukairsoft.net/maintanence.php
Hope this helps :)

Any of the after market foregrips and sliding stocks *should* fit. Since you are in the US, you could buy real steel ones and fit them (might take a bit of work). I know a guy on my team has fitted real-steel stocks without issue before and I have seen Armalite varients with real-steel foregrips. Bear in mind that if you put a sliding stock on, you will have to either use a Crane/VLTOR or whatever stocks to contain the batteries or put the battery up front. The latter means rewiring the gearbox which you shouldn't do unless you know what you are doing.
NP BTW, happy to help.
