Yeah this is my new gun cause my buddies finally convinced me to start playing paintball with them. I tested it out this past weekend and it was a blast. We all went into a tournament together and kicked some ass it was great. p-)

About $500 all said and done. $250 for marker and remote line, $200 for G36 kit, and $50 for scope (which I already had)....actually another $20 for the sling.

If you don't mind doing a lot custom work, you can put the G36 mod together yourself for the cost of an airsoft spring rifle ($50) and a few mounts from opsgear...probably $100 all together. It's a lot of work though...I made a few replacement pieces myself from the airsoft rifle, and you'd have to be pretty ambitious to do an entire kit. IMO it's worth the extra $100 to pay OPSgear for a pre-made one.

I've seen guys actually mod the A5 to fit in a full airsoft body..looks more realistic, but you have to butcher your paintball marker. My kit is entirely "bolt-on"

The beauty of the A5 is that it was designed to look similar to the MP5K, which means it can be customized to look similar to many actual guns- that and the micro hopper keep things looking more 'milsim'.

for the marker, a smith mask, a hopper and 14 oz C02 tank it cost me $600 even cause i paid with cash so i kinda got a deal. I also purchased a full cadpat uniform and i when i played in the tournament people were telling me that they couldnt see me unless i was moving. It was sweet! p-)

In the near future I am going to alter my marker for the sniper look cause they had one fully upgraded in the store i bought it from. I also want to maximize the range and accuracy on my marker so that i can shoot guys from a relatively far distance. If i dont do that im definately getting a flatline which increases range by min 100 feet. I'm not to sure which military rifle im gonna make it look like yet though.
