Working on something here and need some info about the MOLLE system in terms of dimensions and load carry capacity. Are there MIL or FED specs that reference this data?

Yep, checked that one already. There's nothing there pertaining to dimensions and other specifications.

I've been looking for the specs myself, I was unable to find official specs.
