Mk. 43 Model 0 is the official nomen, and the gun is a little different from the M60E3 or E4 models.(more improved, more combat-proof I guess). It's been used by the US Navy SEALs as support weapons.
However, I believe that it will soon be replaced by the new product from Fabrique National.

Jooglae is most correct, the MK48 Mod 0 is upscaled MK46/M249 chambered for 7.62x51mm that will be entering, or perhaps already is in service already.
This video was posted a few times in the photos section of the forums here. They mention that this version allows for longer firing times between required barrel changes.
